Daily Antioxidants

I have been searching for ways to add more antioxidants in to my diet. I know that it can do wonders for your health and the way you feel. Antioxidants are supposed to help you get more energy too, right? So, where am I supposed to find foods with more antioxidants? I heard, also, that certain herbs used for teas are loaded with them. Is it true that there are green tea antioxidants? If so, are they more strong than other antioxidants found in foods? I would like to learn all I can so that I can add these things into my daily routine.
