Elma is my boss and at the same times my idol as well.  Our job is not necessarily the easiest one in the world as we are involved in the publishing on a daily basis of an online gossip site.  She is the managing editor of that said online gossip site, the format of which is like that in magazines.  She is very much in control and organized on the office stuff and her personal life.
